Specifications include, but are not limited to: n The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (d/b/a “WSSC Water”) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide government relations and external affairs consulting and lobbying services for all of its legislative, advocacy, policy, and external funding initiatives before federal elected officials; federal agencies; state elected officials and agencies; professional and trade associations, and other relevant groups that help impact national policy related to WSSC Water and related sectors. In addition, the contractor will advance WSSC Water’s policy and legislative agenda in close relationship with Maryland’s Congressional Delegation and other elected officials necessary to advance the mission of WSSC Water.
