Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project generally consists of furnishing all means, methods, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and services for performing all work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Contract Documents, including all incidentals to the complete satisfaction and approval by the Engineer.
