Specifications include, but are not limited to: City of Broken Arrow wishes to contract with reliable vendors to provide Medical Oxygen and Industrial Gas according to the terms and conditions set forth in this B. 6.1 GENERAL PERFORMANCE TASKS: The contractor shall be responsible for the following minimum general requirements: 6.1.1 Quoted pricing must include all fees for leasing, rental, and bottle refills. 6.1.2. A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) must be listed. 6.1.3 Medical Oxygen must be delivered to (Central) Fire Station 1 at 120 W Kenosha St, Broken Arrow. Vendor must deliver once a week with a minimum requirement of twelve (12) “D” Bottles and two (2) “125M” bottles. 6.1.4 If Medical oxygen can’t be provided on a weekly basis, the City of Broken Arrow may seek other vendors to fulfill their needs. 6.1.5 Vendor must be able to fill bottles that are currently owned by the City of Broken Arrow. 6.1.6 Vendor must be able to deliver to all specified locations.
