Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assist staff with event planning services for client events. This will include, but not be limited to, coordinating and managing vendors, providing the necessary supplies (e.g., tables, chairs, linens, food, and other appurtenances) and ensuring it is correctly scaled to the size of the event. • Provide your costs/pricing on the attached Cost Worksheet. Quantities given are estimates and not a commitment to buy any specific quantity. Orders will be placed as needed by purchase order (PO). All invoices must reference City of Plano PO number. • The selection of locations will vary and be determined by staff. The location could be at a City of Plano site or other locations, i.e. hotel banquet facilities, off site office locations.
