● The project manager will work with all involved parties to oversee all three HVAC projects from start to finish. ● The project manager will be solely responsible for all documentation collection, submission, and certification. The project manager will be responsible from the start of the application to the close of the project as mutually agreed upon by the Town of Watertown and the PM vendor. ● The project manager will be onsite to oversee key aspects of each project from the design build phase that includes engineering, electrical and classroom construction/building phases, to determine all equipment and materials match the specifications outlined by the owner, to authorize and recommend any and all warranties/binding documents in the best interest of the owner, to notify the owner of options/recommendations/and any other information/decisions that may have financial impact on the owner . ● The project manager will present at any and all Town or Board of Education meetings, as requested by the Capital Committee and/or BOE representatives, to provide regular updates to the boards. In cases where the PM is not present in person, it will be expected that well documented weekly updates including photographs and written descriptions will be submitted to the committee for their regular meeting packets ofinformation. ● The project manager will work directly with the Watertown Board of Education Business Manager, Superintendent, Director of Facilities and the Town Of Watertown School Capital Projects Buildings Committee throughout the duration of the project. ● The project manager will be the sole and only responsible party to start and close out both projects successfully and by satisfying all State DAS requirements for full reimbursement. ● The project manager will prepare written reports of findings and recommendations to include any and all required sign offs, certifications related to the close of the project and certifications that the work was completed appropriately and satisfies all CT DAS requirements including all completed certifications for payments.
