Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide Professional Engineering and Design Services within CAL FIRE’s Southern Regions as required. See Attachment 2 – Retainer Services Southern Region Boundary (Red Highlight). The selected firm(s) shall provide design plans and specifications, field assessments, and general consulting services, submit construction documents to the required Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), gain plan approval and all required permits, and be available for on-call construction administration, but not be limited to: 1) Building mechanical including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, chillers, and boilers. 2) Primary and secondary electrical distribution upgrades. 3) Uninterrupted power source (UPS) and emergency power systems. 4) Facility power site assessments. 5) Building electrical (e.g., lighting, power systems, HVAC controls). 6) Photovoltaic systems, including off-grid. 7) Grading, drainage, and rigid/flexible paving. 8) Above ground fueling systems for both aircraft and vehicles. 9) Surveying. 10) Potable water projects (e.g., well design, storage, and treatment)...
