Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant shall review recommendations contained in the current County Wastewater Master Plan and meet with County staff to ascertain any transmission system deficiencies or needed rehabilitation work. Using the County’s SewerCad model, flow projections, and information by County staff, the selected consultant will confirm the recommendations and offer revisions to the recommendations, as needed, to allow the transmission of sewage to the WBRWRF adequate for the near-term expansion while taking into account the buildout of the facility. The selected consultant shall review the current Wastewater Master Plan and evaluate the current prioritization of the recommended projects based on the recommended expansion of the facility. The consultant shall make recommendations on the projects that should be included in the overall expansion of this facility to meet the projected growth. When making recommendations, the selected consultant should consider both the immediate need and future growth for capacity of equipment.
