The Contractor shall: Provide a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate, the efforts of the Contractor’s resources in the integration of the Workiva cloud platform, data and spreadsheet requirements, the development of the ACFR report, testing and acceptance, training, and the setup and configuration of security roles for MDOT users to include configuration of single sign-on for MDOT users. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be the primary point of contact for communications with MDOT. Assist with MDOT resources to establish a “refresh on-demand” concept for data implementation such that MDOT personnel may refresh the Workiva cloud-based development platform. This will be instrumental for user acceptance testing of transaction processing and real-time report display accuracy. Collaborate with the MDOT financial team to identify, develop, and configure reports. Provide training and instructions to MDOT’s assigned resources for the administration of the Workiva Connected Government Financial Reporting cloud-based software. Provide training and instructions to MDOT’s assigned resources on the development of the ACRF report. Convert, formulate, and implement non-calculating and calculating spreadsheets to include, but not limited to, narrative values and links pertaining to documents. Create formulas for Wdata and all connected and supporting spreadsheets. Provide continued guidance to MDOT through the entire implementation. Provide a data model purpose-built for MDOT to include, but not limited to, adjusting journal entry solution, cashflow, fund balance worksheets, rounding capabilities, data validation dashboard. Setup Wdata and chains/scripts to load standard exported content from Client financial or other system via supported Cloud Storage (OneDrive, SharePoint, ShareFile) or SFTP folder. Includes up to 3 source files (csv, xlsx) for purposes of pulling in required trail balance details. Load data and assign imported data to group codes. Import the ACFR report into Wdesk document, setup sections, and link all tables to supporting non-calculating spreadsheets. Ensure all data extracted from the multiple sources within the six (6) Maryland Department of Transportation modes, are rolled-up with accuracy and clarity into one MDOT ACFR report.
