Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant will provide services to ICASA for the data integration project as outlined in the section above. The scope of work includes: 1. Developing a Data Integration Workgroup: o Identify and engage key stakeholders. o Formulate the structure and objectives of the workgroup. 2. Establishing the Data Integration Workgroup: o Facilitate the initial meetings. o Define roles, responsibilities, and governance of the workgroup. 3. Developing the Workgroup's Work Plan: o Outline a detailed action plan. o Set timelines and milestones for deliverables. 4. Building a Data Catalog: o Create an inventory of existing data sources. o Develop metadata standards and documentation practices. 5. Understanding Data Integration Challenges and Opportunities: o Conduct assessments of current data systems. o Identify barriers and propose solutions for seamless data integration. 6. Project Management and External Liaison: o Oversee project timelines and deliverables. o Serve as the primary contact between ICASA and external partners, including government entities and other stakeholders. 7. Data Sharing and Integration Technical Application Support: o Provide consulting services to ICASA in the implementation of data integration technical solutions. o Act as the intermediary between select New Mexico agencies to facilitate communication and collaboration. o Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of data integration technical solutions. o Provide consulting services to New Mexico agencies and New Mexico Tech on the development of policies and procedures for the adoption of data integration technical solutions.
