The City of Norwich, Connecticut is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms and individuals for the contracting for comprehensive Owner’s Representative services in connection with the design and construction of one new elementary school. This school will be built at 280 Elizabeth Street on the site of the existing Uncas Elementary School. The Owner’s Representative will be the first of the service providers the City will select and engage for the Project. Among the services the Owner’s Representative will be providing is assisting the City in procuring the other needed service providers, including an architect and most likely (depending on the ultimate choice of a delivery system) a construction manager at risk.
