Specifications include, but are not limited to: Due to occasional flooding of ground floor areas, OMPA is seeking bids to improve drainage around our office building in accordance with the included plans. Each Bidder will be presumed to have inspected the site and to have read and to be thoroughly familiar with the plans and Contract Documents (including all addenda), including all questions and clarifications related thereto. In addition to work specified on the attached plans, bidders shall improve drainage outside the northeast ground floor office using gravel, concrete or a combination of the two. Contractor shall be responsible for calling locates and avoiding damage to underground facilities. There are underground power, communication, and water lines in the area. Any damage to irrigation lines shall be repaired to OMPA’s satisfaction.
