Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Carroll County Public Network (CCPN) is a partnership between Carroll County Government, Carroll County Public Schools, Carroll County Public Library and Carroll Community College. Carroll County, through the CCPN and its partner organizations, has made significant capital investments in the shared CCPN network infrastructure and in technology that utilizes and is built upon the infrastructure to provide the full range of technology capabilities collectively and to their respective organizations. Recognizing the need to maintain and expand this high-speed network infrastructure and associated technology services for these public entities, the County has created this RFP to obtain IT resources and services quickly and efficiently from a Contractor(s) that has specific expertise and experience with the overall CCPN and specific partner infrastructure and enterprise IT operations. These technological capabilities are utilized by additional connected agencies throughout the county and state.
