Specifications include, but are not limited to: Request for Bid for equipment, requested by the University of Minnesota's Network and Telecom Services group (NTS), to support a Zoom phone project. The University needs to purchase a large volume of Poly Com phones. An initial quantity of phones would be purchased to get the project started, and then intermittent purchases would continue over the life of the project (probably about 36 months and depending on the models we choose and consume). Estimated initial, and 36-month additional volumes per part number are in the Line Items tab. We are hoping to perform one Request for Bid (RFB) to select a supplier who has the best price and provide an ongoing supply based on the additional phones and types needed (we may be open to selecting more than one supplier if needed). The University doesn't have an exact number of phones and models yet and won't till we get into the deployments and the actual models consumed.
