Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE ALL INTERIOR DEMOLITION BASED ON THE DOCUMENTS ADJACENT FLOOR PLAN AND SPECIFICATIONS. 2. CONTRACTOR SHALL THOROUGHLY REMOVE ALL TRASH AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM THE BUILDING. COORDINATE DUMPSTER LOCATIONS WITH BUILDINGOWNER. 3. REFER TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND FIRE PROTECTION DRAWINGS FOR EXTENT OF SYSTEMS DEMOLITION. 4. DASHED LINES INDICATE EXTENT OF DEMOLISHED WALLS, DOORS, EQUIPMENT, CEILINGS, LIGHT FIXTURES AND PLUMBING FIXTURES TO BE REMOVED. 5. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS TO REMAIN DURINGDEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION. 6. PREPARE EXISTING WALLS AND SUB-FLOOR TO REMAIN FOR INSTALLATION OF NEWFINISHES. 7. REMOVE EXISTING WALL COMPLETELY MEANS TO REMOVE ALL WALL FINISHES, SUBSTRATES, BLOCKING, FRAMING, ANCHORS, ETC. FROM FLOOR TO UNDERSIDE OF STRUCTURE ABOVE. 8. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS AFTER DEMOLITION IS COMPLETE.
