Assessment tools and instructional resources are evidence-based 5.5 Elements to support a diverse student population ■ Understand evidence-based pedagogical approaches ■ Providing culturally relevant and sustaining interventions and practices ■ Provide additional supports for English Learners 5.6. The selected solution will include comprehensive implementation and sustainment support where consultants will work with GCS as partners through a comprehensive and blended approach to tailor the work of implementation to fit our unique needs and the context of our district. The selected solution will provide professional learning opportunities, will embrace research on best implementation practices, and align with equity-based, inclusive, and culturally responsive practices ■ Support on-site and/or virtual product demos/presentations to stakeholders during bid evaluation process ■ Ongoing virtual and asynchronous support sessions and/or training resources ■ Timely online and phone services for technical support for district and school support ■ Development of transition, implementation, and sustainment plan ■ Beginning professional learning for teachers, school leaders, and district team ■ Provide consultation and professional learning to district leaders as part of the comprehensive professional learning plan
