Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide a sufficient number of pharmacists to complete the requirements of the contract. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) licensed pharmacists, of which two (2) must be Missouri licensed pharmacists, who are responsible for the management and implementation of utilization management (UM) policies, UM recommendations, and accompanying documentation. The contractor shall not include additional pharmacists for the clinical help desk in the minimum number of pharmacists indicated in this section. The contractor’s Licensed pharmacists shall be key positions that must maintain current licensure in good standing and, at a minimum, perform the contractual requirements specified below: a. Completing clinical analyses of drug data; b. Completing new drug reviews and maintaining the formulary management file; c. Conducting systematic reviews of therapeutic classes; d.
