Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minneapolis (City) invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) regarding providing services related to unhoused individuals in the South Minneapolis Community Safety Center (Center). The RFI will increase understanding of specific services that could operate out of the South Minneapolis Community Safety Center, associated needs for physical space, and potential costs. The purpose of this RFI is to learn what services community agencies believe they can provide in the Center related to services for unhoused individuals. These services could be considered a prevention or restorative service in the community safety ecosystem. Services could include but are not limited to referrals to shelter or housing options and wrap-around support for unhoused individuals.
