Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RFI will increase understanding of specific services that could operate out of the South Minneapolis Community Safety Center, associated needs for physical space, and potential costs. The purpose of this RFI is to learn what services community agencies believe they can provide in the Center related to medical services. Medical services could be considered a prevention or restorative service in the community safety ecosystem. Services could include but are not limited to an affordable walk-in clinic for basic medical needs, preventative services such as vaccines, blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol testing, referrals to free or low-cost medical clinics or specialists in the community.
