The intent of this solicitation is to procure a qualified Contractor with a minimum of five (5) years’ continuous and successful experience in street sweeping services for municipalities. The successful bidder is to provide weekly and quarterly street sweeping services along specified routes, as well as upon-request/emergency sweeping services along unspecified routes within the City of Hoover. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, equipment, transportation, and other facilities and services, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the work, in full accordance with the Specifications to compete the project in manner acceptable to the City of Hoover.
