Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RFI will increase understanding of specific services that could operate out of the South Minneapolis Community Safety Center, associated needs for physical space, and potential costs. The purpose of this RFI is to learn what services community agencies believe they can provide in the Center related to mental health. Mental health services are considered a preventative or restorative service in the community safety ecosystem. Services could include but are not limited to on-site therapy or counseling from mental health practitioners, referrals to mental health crisis response services located in the community, or connections to culturally specific mental health services in the community.
