Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lift station #1: *Please see attachment “Grinder KRT S” • Replacement of pump #2 in lift station #1. Existing pump will be replaced with a new 10 HP submersible pump. KSB pump, model KRT S 50-216/72XEG or approved equivalent. Pump must include: o 50’ power cable o Double mechanical seals in tandem o 2-part epoxy paint o Pump lifting handle o Class 1 Div. 1 X-proof motor, IE3 o Seal fail/over temp sensors o Removal, disposal of current equipment and installation of listed equipment *Guide Claw and SS lifting chain will be re-used, pump to have 5 year warranty Lift Station #4 (group center): • Replacement of discharge piping in lift station #4. Wet well rehab to include: o (2) KSB base elbows o (2) KSB guide claws o (2) Stainless Steel upper brackets o 40’ of SS guide rail pipe o (2) 4” flange (by Flange Swing Flex Check Valves (or approved equivalent) o (2) 4” Gate valves (by Flange Gate Valves, wheeled operator or approved equivalent) o All associated PVC piping, fittings, kits and accessories needed o Vac truck for initial clean out and bypass by city o Removal, disposal of current equipment and installation of listed equipment
