Specifications include, but are not limited to: The summary of work is as follows, but is not limited to the following: This project will rehabilitate two dry/wet well sewage lift stations, one off of North Road and the other within the Los Arboles housing community. As per the plans, all the mechanical and electrical components, including pumps, lighting, ventilation, receptacles, wiring, and piping, will be removed and replaced for both lift stations. Remove the existing control panel and systems and replace the above-ground control systems. This also extends to the replacement of the existing wet well floats. For the Los Arboles lift station specifically, contractors will be responsible for trenching and laying up 100 ft 4-in conduit, assisting with the removal and replacement of transformers on site with the aid of DPU linemen, and replacing the cap ringing cover for the wet well. For the North Road lift station, the existing concrete pad and above-ground control structure will be removed around the station area. The contractor will also provide the traffic control plan for a shutdown of North Road. This shutdown must last as minimal a time as possible and must take into consideration pedestrian and biking traffic through the area.
