Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall Include, but are not limited to, general site development, site utility infrastructure, shoreline and wetlands stabilization, marine engineering, dredging engineering, hydraulic engineering, bridge engineering, dam and levee engineering, surveying, secondary roadways and recreational trails, site amenities and ancillary structures.Specific services include but are not limited to: 1) Preparation of studies, evaluations, permit submittals, inspections and reports; 2) Schematic design, design development (plans and specifications); 3) Construction documents; 4) Construction bid evaluation; 5) Construction phase services; and 6) Post-construction services in accordance to the Department of General Services (DGS) Procedure Manual.
