Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and manpower necessary to deliver complete project per attached Construction Documents and this Scope of Work. All work shall comply with current industry standards and follow all OSHA and Cherokee Nation Safety Policies. Some standard safety requirements as follows but not limited to just these requirements. Highly visible safety vests or shirts, Hard hats, safety glasses with side shields, and sturdy leather work boots will be required for anyone entering the project site. It is solely the Contractor/Subcontractor’s responsibility to provide and ensure that these requirements are met. CN will not provide any safety items. Contractor shall furnish protection of adjacent surfaces and repair of any damage caused by the work of this Contractor. Contractor shall provide and maintain 6’ chain-link construction fence around worksite. Contractor shall provide any lawn maintenance required for site to always keep it safe and presentable
