Provide materials testing and inspection services on an on-call basis for multiple potential, locally-funded Foothill Transit construction projects. These projects may occur concurrently, and projects at the same Foothill Transit facility may be undertaken simultaneously. Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFQ will be for a term of two (2) years with two (2) one (1)-year options to extend the term at Foothill Transit’s sole discretion. During the term of the Contract (as defined below), Foothill Transit may issue one or more task orders (each a “Task Order”). Each Task Order will be limited to a project wherein the requested services for that Task Order will not exceed $250,000.00. Offerors should note that the execution of a contract as a result of this solicitation does not guarantee Foothill Transit will issue any task orders during the term of the Contract.
