Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work will consist of the construction of emergency connections between the City of Lewisville and the City of Coppell at two locations and between the City of Grapevine and the City of Coppell at one location. Location 1 is at the intersection of Denton Tap and Highland Drive and will include 234 LF of 12-inch pipe including fittings, 23’ x 9’ concrete vault housing a pressure sustaining control valve and magnetic meter, two fire hydrant assemblies before and after the vault, and connections to existing 12-inch water mains in both City of Lewisville and City of Coppell. Location 2 is at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Lake Vista Drive and will include 105 LF of 12-inch pipe including fittings, 23’ x 9’ concrete vault housing a pressure sustaining control valve and magnetic meter, two fire hydrant assemblies before and after the vault, and connections to existing 12-inch water mains in both City of Lewisville and City of Coppell. Location 3 is at W Bethel Road and Creekview Drive and will include 1,249 LF of 12-inch pipe including fittings, 28’ x 9’ concrete vault housing a flow control valve and magnetic meter, two fire hydrant assemblies before and after the vault, and connections to existing 12-inch water mains in both City of Grapevine and City of Coppell. Additionally underground electrical conduit repair, irrigation repair, erosion control, and all appurtenant work as laid out and described in the construction plans. Work shall include all components necessary for the construction of the project and related improvements as shown in the plans for Project No. WA 20-03A.
