This bid will cover the Mobile County Sheriffs" Office, the combined Mobile County Metro Jail and Barracks, Sheriffs Theodore Oaks Substation, Sheriffs Training Facility, Sheriffs Northside Substation, and the Sheriff"s Special Operations Building. Service will be provided on the scheduled times and will include any service required for infestation that may re-occur between service times. Any repeated treatment shall be at no cost to Mobile County. In the event of prolonged infestation, covered here, in which repeated treatments of an area or equipment fails to eliminate the problem within two weeks, the Mobile County Commission is free under terms of the contract to withhold payment for all sites until satisfactory results are obtained at each location, or to cancel said contract and obtain services from other sources.
