Project scope will include (but not limited to): • Selective demolition of existing flooring materials in ticketing, concourse, baggage claim and other areas, demolition of select walls, column wraps and doors, as well as removal and reinstallation of items, such as, but not limited to: railings, guard rails, millwork and fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. • New concrete topping slab at select areas to modify existing sloped walk ways • New hard flooring (poured terrazzo, terrazzo tile, tile) flooring throughout ticketing, concourse, baggage claim, and other areas, done in phases, as well as tile carpeting and walk off mats in security and other noted areas. • Installation of temporary walls, doors, ramps, and stairs to maintain all egress routes and access, as well as separating work areas from public spaces.
