Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Preliminary Site Investigation: 1. Desktop Review – Will obtain and review the following data: a. As-Builts / Record Drawings. b. City / County GIS. c. Easement Plats d. Ownership Records; 2. Site Data Collection –Will obtain and review the following on-site information: a. Site layout measurements. b. Measurement of site components and structures. c. Verification of desktop review findings. d. Limited electrical investigation of existing breaker panels. Task 2 – Design: 1. Design Submittal – For review, following preliminary site investigations the awarded firm will furnish drawings that will include the following: a. Approximate existing site conditions based upon site data collection. b. Preliminary proposed MAG meter vault locations. c. Summary of existing breaker panels and available spare breakers. d.
