Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all materials, components, and services necessary to completely restore and partially replicate a historical luminaire. The existing unrestored light fixture is to match the existing fully restored light fixture located in Minneapolis City Hall Room 104 (see photos). Verification of dimensions and conditions is required to ensure proper matching and fitting of the work. On-site meetings to take measurements and to identify any missing parts are to be scheduled with the Municipal Building Commission (MBC) staff. Submittals of light fixture components and materials are required prior to restoration and fabrication to verify work and materials meet specifications and restoration requirements. Removal of the existing restored fixture from the job site may be requested after the purchase order is awarded.
