Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demo and conversion of 1 student room on each floor into new laundry rooms. Includes demo of existing and new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, framing, and finishes. • Installation of through wall sleeve for new AC units in student rooms. • Electrical work necessary to power new AC units and laundry facility. • Remove existing radiators. Furnish and install new floor mounted radiators. • Mechanical work necessary for new laundry room and new radiators, including all new hydronic piping and controls. • Installation of full Building Automation System. • Furnishing and installing new tops for partial-height chases. • Framing, plaster patching, and painting student rooms and stairwells as needed. • AC units and washers and dryers to be purchased by Owner (FFE).
