The Iredell County ITS is located at 200 South Center Street, Statesville, NC 28677 and handles successful implementation and maintenance of new and existing hardware and software needs for County departments. Its main goal is to provide effective information system solutions which assists county departments in fulfilling their responsibilities to provide services to the public as efficiently as possible. To continue this goal, ITS is looking for an Enterprise Browser that provides the users with a browsing experience that they are accustomed to while also adding crucial security features and productivity tools. Although the information may be general in nature, it is the company’s responsibility to provide detailed information pertaining to each requirement below: • Access to internal web-based applications and thick applications without the use of a traditional VPN. • Zero-trust architecture across the entire platform • Securely enable GenAI and productivity tools • Quick and secure onboarding of 3rd party company • Granular access controls/policy enforcement • Agentless Software • Password Manager • Active Directory and Duo MFA Integration • Ability to share web activity with SIEM • End-to-end data encryption and protection • Ability to determine device posture and prevent unsafe devices from accessing sensitive data • Application boundaries to allow for full separation of work and personal content • Extension management • Native support of RDP/SSH • Support privileged access management workflows • Protection to prevent passwords from phishing attacks, exfiltration, and interception with keyloggers • Ability to disable browser access on a device that has been compromised/lost • Estimated 900 licenses to be purchased.
