Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Norman Walker Field Grandstand, containing restrooms, meeting rooms, concessions, grandstand seating, and a media booth, totaling 6,528-s.f. The building shall have concrete foundation and footings; slab on grade; insulated concrete form (ICF) walls with reinforcing steel and steel beams and columns supporting pan deck grandstand level; steel columns, beams, and purlins supporting the metal roof structure; and light gage metal stud walls throughout the second story. Work will include all hollow metal doors, vinyl windows, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil work thereto necessary to complete the project in its entirety.
