Specifications include, but are not limited to: CVWD’s Engineering Department is requesting formal proposals from Respondents to prepare final plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the Oasis Gardens Mobile Home Park Septic to Sewer Connection Project (Project). The Project work scope includes utility research, survey, potholing, right-of-way research and acquisition of necessary pipeline easements, fee title and temporary construction easements (TCE) if applicable (including preparation of legal descriptions and plats), geotechnical services, identification of alternatives and preferred pipeline alignments, final design documents, specifications, cost estimates, and permits for the required improvements as specified in the Request for Proposals.
