The work to be done in the Cardiff Sanitary Division (CSD) generally includes: Lining approximately 13,124 linear feet of sewer pipe ranging from 6-inch to 8-inch diameter with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), open cut point repair pipe replacement of approximately 30 linear feet of sewer pipe, installation of 2 service lateral connection seals (tophats), installation of 7 sewer cleanouts, and rehabilitation of 2 manholes while providing traffic control, a means to keep the existing sewer system in service during construction, and a complete restoration of all sites, returning all disturbed areas and surface improvements back to original conditions. The work to be done in the Encinitas Sanitary Division (ESD) generally includes: Lining approximately 6,992 linear feet of sewer pipe ranging from 6-inch to 10-inch diameter with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), open cut point repair pipe replacement of approximately 20 linear feet of sewer pipe, and installation of 3 sewer cleanouts while providing traffic control, a means to keep the existing sewer system in service during construction, and a complete restoration of all sites, returning all disturbed areas and surface improvements back to original conditions.
