Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional engineering services and architectural services to assist all land grants in New Mexico that are considered, political subdivisions of the State of New Mexico in the design and construction of buildings improvements and renovations, new construction, project management, sewer and water systems, electrical and mechanical systems, historic building preservation, and other needs of the natural and physically built areas of properties owned and managed by the Land Grants. This RFP will result in multiple source awards through which contracts may be awarded to one or more firms in one or more of the practice areas listed in the Scope of work.
