Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of AHU internal heating and cooling coils and associated piping and controls. 2. Installation of Owner-furnished heating and cooling coils, plug panels, hardware, etc. for a complete installation and operational unit. New service branch piping and to AHU. 3. Provide complete testing and balancing of existing affected air systems, and heating and chilled water systems. 4. Provisions for coil freeze pump and electrical power from local electrical panel. 5. AHU provides continuous conditioned ventilation air throughout the ground, first and second floors, and therefore must remain operational at all times during normal business hours. The intent is for the Contractor to have all necessary products on site or “in hand” prior to commencement of construction. Non-invasive construction activities can commence providing services to, and the air handling unit itself are not affected. All invasive construction activities which affects the air handling unit operation in any way must be performed on weekend hours. 6.
