Specifications include, but are not limited to: Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County Utilities (WSFC Utilities) desires to engage a professional engineering firm to act as the Owner’s Advisor for a new sanitary sewer gravity outfall, lift station and force main on the east side of Wallburg Road in southeast Forsyth County. Qualified firms are hereby invited to submit a written statement of qualifications to provide Owner’s Advisor’s services for the Wallburg Road Lift Station Project. WSFC Utilities intends to select a single Owner’s Advisor for this project based on the qualification packages received in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The OA selected will work to align the entire integrated project team with WSFC Utilities’ priorities throughout the course of the project. An Owner’s Advisor must be prepared to help WSFC Utilities develop a detailed project criterion designed specifically to meet WSFC Utilities’ needs and to manage project risk. These services may include development of a request for qualifications for the design-build services, design administration, review of equipment and material specifications, review project costs, commissioning and other applicable support functions and services. The OA must work with WSFCU to customize services that most effectively match the project’s requirements and WSFC Utilities’ needs.
