Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors must propose a monthly pest control program including but not limited to roaches, ants, spiders, crickets, fleas, rodents and other crawling pests, etc. 6.2 Must furnish all transportation, equipment, labor, pesticides and other material necessary to perform services set forth in this RFP. 6.3 All chemicals and pesticides used must be registered with the state and meet federal and environmental protection agency standards governing the health and safety of humans and animals. 6.4 Vendor must supply Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on pesticides and chemicals to be used in areas where city personnel is working under this RFP. 6.5 Vendor must use odorless chemicals in City Staff work areas. 6.1.6 Prices quoted shall include call back service should it be necessary for troublesome or spontaneous outbreaks of pests. 6.1.7 Vendor must respond to calls of complaints within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving notification.
