Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACT A – LORETTA DRIVE This project involves the installation of new storm sewer systems between 1649 and 1703 Loretta Drive in the Municipality of Penn Hills including, but not limited to, Bulk Excavation and Fine Grading; importation of approved borrow material; Installation of a new storm sewer inlet; 15” SLCPP storm sewer pipe; 15” Concrete End wall; Removal of existing fence; Site Access; Post installation NASSCO certified televising; Erosion and sediment controls; Site clearing and preparation; Traffic control; Utility coordination, location, support, and notification; Resident notifications; As-Built Plans; and all other incidental items; complete in place. CONTRACT B –WHITTIER DRIVE This project involves the installation of a new storm sewer system along Whittier Drive in the Municipality of Penn Hills including, but not limited to, Bituminous Roadway Trench restoration, installation of 12” SLCPP storm sewer pipe; Installation of new storm inlet; 3.5” Bituminous roadway milling; Post installation NASSCO certified televising; Site clearing and preparation; Traffic control; Utility coordination, location, support, and notification; Resident notifications; As-Built Plans; and all other incidental items; as well as three (3) inlet repairs, complete in place.
