Specifications include, but are not limited to: Benedict Drive Pump Station: • Demolition of existing dry pit and pumps, including electrical, instrumentation, and controls. • Installation of new wet well and valve vault structure, with three new submersible pumps, and new electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment. • Construction of new bathroom in existing building • Exterior modifications to existing building • Site modifications; Clark Street Pump Station: • Demolition and replacement of existing dry-pit pumps, piping, and valves as well as electrical, instrumentation, and controls. • Site modifications • Relocation of electrical service transformer to new location on site. • Modifications to existing building, including the construction of stairs leading up to an elevated grated platform, and new roof. Pleasant Valley Road Pump Station: • Demolition of existing dry pit and pumps, piping, and valves, as well as the building which houses the electrical, instrumentation, and controls • Installation of new wet well and valve vault structure, with two new submersible pumps, and new electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment in stainless steel panels. • Construction of elevated platform for electrical and instrumentation panels. • Site modifications.
