Specifications include, but are not limited to: Door Nosings: Remove existing metal concrete door nosings at all apparatus bay doors and replace with galvanized tube steel nosings of appropriate size. The tubes shall be anchored 6” bolts ½” diameter on a 45-degree angle. No anchors will be placed inline with the normal travel tires on the equipment entering the bay. All concrete repair, cutting, sealing and caulking to be included. This effort is a design/build concept and should be noted as such in the bid with an outline on concept for review. ** All work listed above shall be completed in a professional manner and shall be installed with the highest level of quality and care in mind. All work associated with interior drywall, painting and cleaning of areas affected by the work outlined above shall be the responsibility of the awarded contractor All dumpsters and temporary toilets shall be the responsibility of the awarded contractor. Use of the Fire Department’s facilities is prohibited.
