Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Install new replacement camera • Offeror will take down cameras individually and procure an IP address from LSSM. • Offeror will adjust the image view before next camera in line can be removed. • Replacement of cable connectors and hardware will be approved by LSSM • Replacement of Camera DISPLAY Monitor when applicable and approved by LSSM. • All cameras must include IR-low light capability, no exceptions. • All cameras including the housing must be rated as vandal and weather resistant and must include documentation. • All cameras must be marked on a site map as they are being replaced. • All outside corner and wall mounts as needed for all models of cameras if approved LSSM. • Installation will include all weather components (i.e. Silicone, seal tight, weather rated outdoor boxes). Outdoor mounts will need Tapcon or Lag Bolts as necessary to secure mounts. • Other models as deemed necessary to help protect the district. I.E. Facial, Licenses Plate, Covert, Vape and Weapons Detections units. • One-time purchase of non-reoccurring device licenses if applicable. • One-time purchase of Server Licensing (If new software is to be purchased) • Include pricing breakdown to cover camera moves as approved by the LSSM. • Include cost of replacing camera if deemed not under warranty include cost of replacing the camera fittings, cabling, weather related items, and mounts if necessary and approved by the district. • Include cost to repair damage to paint, ceiling tiles or wire molding during installation ACTI B61 or newer equivalent. • Provide all as built drawings and CAD drawing when installation has been verified. • Offeror notify LSSM of new software upgrades or technical revisions within 24hrs of upgrade release or technical revisions. Failure to do so will result in a fine of up to $500 per incident. A fine will be issued as a credit on the next billable invoice. • Offeror will provide training on software usage for up to four (4) district employees (to be named at a later date). • When applicable and approved the following specs must be adhered to for cabling and labeling of switches: o PINK UTP 4-pair CommScope Plenum Cat-6A cable. Max runs 295’ including patch cables and jacks and service loop as designed-(10 foot). o Switch Panel numbering as associated with each drop.
