Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes concrete, masonry, steel framing, steel joists, steel decking, waterproofing, insulation, metal wall panels, TPO roofing, sheet metal, roof specialties and accessories, fire suppression, plumbing systems, heating-ventilating systems, specialty electrical systems, communications systems, and electronic safety and security systems. Site work consists of excavation and grading work to accommodate the new building; regrading of a portion of the site for stormwater runoff; removal and disposal of select areas of existing pavement; demolition and proper disposal of an existing shed and replacement of perimeter fencing and access gate structures. Other elements of site work include reconfiguration of parking areas, relocating flag poles and lighting, and replacing two guard booths at the entrance and exits of the site along with security and communication systems between the guard booths and central dispatch in the existing administrative building.
