Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFP, notice is hereby given that the City of Durham, North Carolina, General Services Department, is seeking a qualified vendor to perform annual (once per year) window cleaning to city-owned assets listed within this document. Washing shall be on all window surfaces both interior and exterior and shall be left clean. Glass is clean when all window surfaces are without streaks, film, deposits, and stains with a uniform bright appearance. Windows shall be cleaned in such a manner as to cause a minimum amount of inconvenience and/or disturbance to building occupants and the traveling public. The work shall be subject to inspection and approval from the Director of General Services or her designated personnel.
