The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma (University) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following services: Perform preventative maintenance, testing, inspections, and repair services on electrical distribution system equipment. Service requirements include but are not limited to high voltage breaker maintenance, repair and rebuild; transformer installation and maintenance; high voltage terminations, primary switching cubicles, and sectionalizing can maintenance and repair; tap-changer maintenance; general substation maintenance and inspections; relay and metering panel installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. OU Norman utilizes 12.5 kV, 4160 V, and 2400 V high voltage buses.
