Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Construction Division within Public Works currently manages all aspects of the construction and administration of the Departments improvement projects. The County’s project manager for the construction of the Landing at Crows backbone infrastructure will be Gary Mohler of Stanislaus County Public Works. The selected consultant will need to have the ability to supplement the current County staff with the following staff members; Consultant Project Manager, Licensed Resident Engineer, Construction Inspector(s), Specialty Inspectors (including, but not limited to: electrical, structural, storm water and special inspectors for concrete ,steel tank construction, and other special inspection requirements ), and an office engineer and other administrative personnel as necessary. The County expects the consultant staffing to have extensive experience managing/inspecting similar type construction projects. Throughout the duration of the contract the selected firm will work under the general direction of Stanislaus County Public Works Department. The proposal should address how Construction Administration staff can be fully integrated into the project team.
