-Remove & dispose of existing Carrier chiller water air handler unit. -Furnish and install one (1) Carrier** chilled water air handler unit. -Furnish and install one (1) VFD and pressure transducer to control fan speed. -Fabricate and install new sheet metal transition and canvas connector. -Re-pipe supply and return chilled water lines to new air handler unit. -Furnish and install 3-way water valve, strainer, test ports & B&G Circuit Setter. -Insulate all chilled water piping with 1 ½” fiberglass. -Replace condensate drain line with copper and insulate. -Replace existing electrical disconnect box and fuses. -Add material outdoor air damper, fire damper and balancing damper and connect to existing outdoor louver. -Remove and dispose of existing Building Automated System. -Provide and install new D.D.C. control system -Furnish and install main control panel -Test water chemistry in close loop system and add treatment. -Provide two (2) sets of Merv 13 filters and extra belt.
