Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Partial demolition of existing exterior EIFS, sectional doors, and pedestrian doors. Preparation of exposed wall sub-surfaces and rough openings for new work. 2. Removal of existing site improvements to facilitate other work. 3. EIFS repairs and recoating. 4. New concrete faced insulation wall base panels. 5. New sectional doors and operators. 6. New hollow metal door and frames. 7. New concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and pedestrian door entry stoops. 8. Site improvements patch back. 9. Miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work to facilitate envelope rehabilitation work. C. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved on or before April 30, 2025. Work on site may not commence before a Notice-to-Proceed has been issued and all specified materials and equipment procurements are confirmed as complying with the Project Substantial Completion dates, unless authorized differently in writing by the MnDOT Project Manager. D. Concurrent Work: Owner will award separate contract(s) for hazardous material abatement and any other construction and equipment installation operations at each Project site noted as such in the Contract Document.
