Specifications include, but are not limited to: Same Old Road East-West Section: Ditch both sides of the road within the current roadway and shoulder. The right of way is only 22 feet wide and unmarked. Place one 20 foot long by 18 inch diameter culvert at the driveway on the north side. Same Old Road North-South Section: Dig a new ditch on the east side of the road along the existing road shoulder and ditch without encroaching further on the private property. There are some surveyed property boundary stakes along the east side of the road – do not disturb these. Clear enough brush on the west side of the right of way to accommodate an 18 foot roadway width (Local 2 standard: 14 foot wide trafficway, 2 foot wide shoulders) and the new ditches. The 18 foot roadway width is measured between the crests of the ditches on either side. A surveyor will mark the right of way boundary along the west side to prevent encroaching on to private property. The ditch on the west side must join the culvert that is under the road at the corner at the south end of this section. Place six 20 foot long and one 50 ft. long by 18 inch diameter culverts at the existing driveways.
